Job Description :
- Responsible for control of MEJ TSS/CSS activities.
- Overseeing compliance to Quality, Environment, Safety & Health Management System requirements.
- Lead and develop global as well as India TSS MEJ team.
- Achieve global TSS MEJ standards based on R&D guidelines.
- Develop and design products under the scope of customer specification, cost and target profitability.
- Quote to market within given timeframe (KPI).
- After Sales Support Service and provide technical back up as required.
- Develop business growth according to strategic plan.
- Develop global organization to implement design standards.
- Develop products according to customer specification.
- Optimize product design to get most cost-efficient design.
- Arrange and carry out product training.
- Take over strategic sales/operations/service projects within MEJ EMEA.
- Support total organization in achieving budgeted goals.
- Share best practice between factories and be an active part of the MEJ EMEA factory setup.
- Support finance with monthly forecast for MEJ production sites.
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment.
- Responsibility of safety.
- Participate in risk assessment and safety briefing.
- Adhere to corporate Health Safety Environment standards.
- Ensure during field service (customer visit / installation / external vendor visit) EB corporate / customer safety requirements are complied with by you and your team.
- Report accidents, near misses and incidents.
- Good technical skills with strong holistic business understanding.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be able to bring solutions to the table to help resolve and retain difficult customers.
- Financial background (calculations, financial impacts).
- Have great convincing and pleasant personality with a constructive technical sales approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with clear thinking.
- Experience with change management processes.
- Good cultural understanding across countries.
- Strong language skills, verbal and written in English mandatory; German of advantage.
- Outgoing and open personality.
- Able to take business decisions advantageous to the EBKE in stressed situations.
- Experience with ERP software (SAP).
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
