About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for our Digital Marketing division. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and consultative selling of digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and field visits.
- Meet business owners, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients to understand their marketing requirements.
- Present and pitch digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Content Marketing, and AI Search Optimization.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized marketing solutions for prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Digital Marketing, IT Services, SaaS, or Advertising.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and online advertising.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
