About the Role
We are looking for energetic and confident freshers to join our team as Freight Brokers. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy speaking with people, and are interested in building a career in the logistics and transportation industry, this is a great opportunity to get started.
No prior freight brokerage experience is required. We will provide the necessary training and guidance to help you learn the process and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers professionally.
- Negotiate freight rates and coordinate shipments.
- Find and build relationships with reliable carriers.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates.
- Handle calls, emails, and day-to-day logistics coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and transportation partners.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
