THE ROLE
You are the face of Sunny Diamonds on the floor - welcoming customers, sharing your passion for jewellery, and guiding every purchase from first look to final billing. Senior Consultants additionally mentor the team and take ownership of high-value and HNI interactions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
On the Floor
- Set up and maintain counters, displays, and jewellery sections as per visual merchandising standards.
- Handle all jewellery with care - regular cleaning, proper storage, zero damage.
- Ensure display trays are attractive, well-positioned, and refreshed for collections and promotions.
Sales
- Achieve individual sales targets through focused selling, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Conduct tele-calling for occasions, promotions, exhibitions, and customer follow-ups.
- Support team members on the floor and during promotional events.
Customer Experience
- Welcome every customer as a guest, understand their needs and present the right product confidently.
- Educate customers on our Belgium Cut Diamonds and walk them through the showroom.
- Handle concerns on the spot; escalate to the Manager where needed.
- Ensure every customer leaves a review.
Stock & Reporting
- Participate in morning and closing stock checks; flag excess or shortage to the Manager.
- Stay up to date on diamonds, products, pricing, and processes.
- Report daily activities, design feedback, and no-purchase visits to the Manager.
Senior Sales Consultant - additionally
- Mentor and guide junior consultants on the floor.
- Lead complex and high-value customer interactions independently.
- Support floor coordination during peak hours and events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
