Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to oversee HR operations, labour law compliance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and workforce management at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling factory HR operations and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, leave records, and manpower planning.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime records, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
- Maintain HR documentation, personnel files, and statutory records.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate contractor labour management and compliance.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and employee management.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ MBA (HR), MSW, MHRM, or equivalent qualification
✔ 7+ Years of HR Experience
✔ Manufacturing Industry Experience Preferred
✔ Strong Knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
✔ Experience in Payroll Coordination & Attendance Management
✔ Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & Factory Compliance
✔ Strong Employee Relations & Workforce Management Skills
✔ Good Command of MS Excel, HR MIS & Documentation
✔ Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills
