R K Engineering Works, an ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certified manufacturer of EOT cranes, gantry cranes, hoists, lifts and electrical control panels, requires experienced Control Panel Electricians for the panel manufacturing line at our Jaipur (VKI Area) works.
Experience: 5 to 10 years in electrical control panel line only. Freshers are not eligible for this post.
Work:
- Wiring, ferruling and termination of EOT and gantry crane control panels as per GA and schematic drawing
- Assembly of crane panels - reversing contactors, MPCB, MCCB, overload relay, brake circuit, resistance box, limit switch and interlock wiring
- LT, MCC, PCC and APFC panel internal wiring, busbar connection and cable dressing
- VFD and PLC crane panel wiring, control cable laying and gland termination
- Point to point continuity, IR / megger and functional testing before dispatch
- Earthing, name plate, ferruling and drawing pouch as per panel checklist
Requirements:
- ITI Electrician / Wireman or Diploma Electrical
- 5 to 10 years in panel wiring line, crane panel experience preferred
- Must read wiring, schematic, ladder and interlock drawings independently
- Working knowledge of IEC 60204-32 and IEC 60947 panel practice
- Neat wiring, safe working, able to work with minimum supervision
