ey Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors, and manpower for smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress and maintain daily work reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with management and client representatives regarding project progress.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil site execution.
- Experience in Power Plant / Industrial / EPC projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction activities, drawings, and site coordination.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
