About the Opportunity
The Viswa Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Executive - Logistics & Customer Service to support logistics operations while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing customer communications, tracking orders, resolving service issues, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Logistics Operations
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping records.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
- Support inventory tracking and stock reconciliation activities.
- Update shipment status and logistics data in ERP systems.
- Generate logistics and operational reports as required.
2. Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and shipment updates.
- Respond promptly to customer requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with operations teams to address customer issues effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service, Operations, or Supply Chain functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain processes.
- Experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and order management processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
