About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized CRM cum Admin Manager to lead customer relationship management activities while overseeing day-to-day administrative operations for our EV Charging Infrastructure and Solar Projects division. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, project execution, customer support, and administration teams while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Sales, Project Execution, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to customers regarding timelines, milestones, and completion status.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and project data using CRM systems.
- Support payment follow-ups, collections, and customer documentation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project approvals, cost validations, and discount approvals when required.
Administration Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the branch office.
- Manage office documentation, records, correspondence, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor office assets, inventory, and facility management activities.
- Prepare reports, MIS statements, and administrative records for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Coordination & Reporting
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure workflow transparency.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely sharing of updates across teams.
- Generate periodic reports related to customer engagement, project status, and administrative activities.
- Support management in implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a CRM Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, Administration Manager, or similar role.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
- Malayalam speaking ability will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
