Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance and accounting activities.
- Prepare and review financial reports.
- Monitor budgets and expenses.
- Perform account and inter-company reconciliations.
- Review Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
- Prepare and file VAT returns.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors during audits.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and financial provisions.
- Maintain internal financial controls.
- Lead and support the finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting, VAT, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work from our office in Kunnamkulam.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
