Job description:
Education: A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field is often preferred.
RF Skills: Proficiency in RF theory, including antenna design, propagation, and RF component selection. Knowledge of RF measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzer, signal generator, and testing techniques. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain RF systems
Software Skills: Experience with software debugging and troubleshooting.
Hardware Skills: Competence in working with hardware components, Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware issues.
Network Skills: Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, etc.). Proficiency in network troubleshooting and configuration.
Testing and Measurement: Ability to perform RF, software, and hardware testing and measurements. Knowledge of testing equipment and tools relevant to each system type.
Documentation: Capability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation for systems and processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and vendors.
Customer Service: Patience and the ability to work effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
