Key Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
2.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
3.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
4.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
5.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
6.Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and stakeholders effectively.
7.Ensure the final product aligns with the initial design and meets user expectations.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2.Two or more years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
3.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma & Adobe XD.
4.Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects.
5.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
6.Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
7.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
