## Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical *Campaign Management Executive* to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize multiple digital campaigns simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign metrics, data analysis, and reporting, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical thinking.
## Key Responsibilities
* Create, launch, and manage multiple digital campaigns across different platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on business objectives.
* Track and analyze key campaign metrics, including:
* Impressions
* Clicks
* Click-Through Rate (CTR)
* Bid Rate
* Daily Budget/Limit
* Conversions and Performance Trends
* Generate daily and weekly campaign performance reports.
* Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
* Troubleshoot campaign-related issues and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate documentation of campaign configurations and results.
## Required Skills
* Good understanding of digital campaign management and optimization.
* Strong knowledge of campaign KPIs such as Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Bid Rate, and Daily Limits.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filtering, charts, and reporting).
* Ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Prior experience with campaign management platforms is preferred (for Full-Time candidates).
* Internship or academic project experience in digital marketing or analytics is an added advantage.
## Eligibility
### For Interns
* Final-year students or recent graduates.
* Basic understanding of digital campaigns and Excel.
* Strong willingness to learn and develop analytical skills.
### For Full-Time Candidates
* 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
* Hands-on experience in handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results based on data.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
