We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can lead and execute high-performance digital campaigns while helping build a scalable marketing function for the future. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, creative, and capable of managing budgets, improving ROI, and supporting the growth of an in-house digital marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across search, social, display, and other online channels.
- Manage and monitor advertising budgets to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Track campaign performance and generate actionable insights through regular reporting and analytics.
- Create and optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing page strategies for better conversions.
- Ensure consistent and professional brand communication across all digital platforms.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market trends, and competitor research.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- Support the hiring and development of future marketing team members including SEO, content, and analytics roles.
- Establish scalable marketing processes, workflows, and performance standards for the growing team.
