Job Description
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who is comfortable meeting customers face-to-face, travelling in the field and generating business.
Industry experience is not mandatory. Candidates from any industry can apply, provided they have genuine field/direct sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and generate new business through direct sales.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, local networking and other sources.
- Meet customers, understand their requirements and explain the product/service.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Attend promotional activities, stalls and local campaigns when required.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in hardcore field/direct sales.
- Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Should be comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Should be comfortable with cold calling, customer visits and lead generation.
- Candidates from any industry can apply.
- Local candidates preferred.
Important
This is a hardcore field sales role.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
