We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Front Office Manager to lead our pre-opening operations and establish THE WHITE HOUSE (NATURE VALLEY) as one of Rajasthan's premier luxury destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the front office team.
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting visitors and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Manage front desk operations, including reception, appointments, and visitor management.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff.
- Develop work schedules and assign duties to team members.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain office records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in front office, customer service, or administrative management.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
