Schedule and manage client meetings and project discussions.
Prepare detailed construction/project schedules and monitor progress.
Prepare and finalize BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and obtain approvals.
Generate invoices/bills and follow up on payments.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments received, and outstanding amounts as per BOQ schedules.
Receive instructions from architects and communicate them to site engineers, ensuring timely execution.
Prepare project budgets and track/report any cost overruns.
Handle vendor coordination including purchase, settlement, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with site engineers for material requirements, ordering, and delivery tracking.
Maintain regular coordination with clients for project updates.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and coordination.
Manage vendor catalogues and new product updates.
Perform quantity surveying and project estimation.
Draft and review drawings using AutoCAD.
Take proactive initiatives to improve project efficiency and business operations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
