Job Overview
We are looking for a clear-spoken, detail-oriented, and reliable Order Confirmation Executive to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to call customers who have placed orders online (Cash on Delivery or Prepaid) to verify their shipping details, confirm their intent to purchase, and ensure smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities
Order Verification: Call customers immediately after an order is placed to verify their name, complete delivery address, and contact details.
Status Updates: Confirm the payment mode (COD/Prepaid) and update the order status in our system (Confirmed, Cancelled, or Hold).
Address Correction: Spot and correct incomplete or incorrect addresses to minimize Return-to-Origin (RTO) rates.
Customer Support: Answer basic customer queries regarding product features, delivery timelines, and return policies during the call.
Upselling/Cross-selling (Optional): Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, or related products to increase the average order value.
Data Management: Maintain accurate logs of all successful, unanswered, and cancelled calls in the CRM or Excel sheet
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
