Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, complaints, service requests, and follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
- Register customer complaints and service requests in the system.
- Coordinate with service technicians and internal departments for issue resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products, warranty, and services.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending complaints and service status.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or supervisor.
- Prepare daily call reports and customer feedback reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of CRM/customer support software is an added advantage.
Qualification
- Any graduate / diploma.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center operations preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer support/customer care.
