## Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented CR-CSP Coordinator to manage lead generation, customer relationship activities, sales coordination, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction or interior design industry and possess strong communication, coordination, and sales management skills.
## Key Responsibilities
### Sales & Lead Management
* Maintain and manage the Master Lead Register with accurate and up-to-date information.
* Track and monitor sales performance against targets.
* Coordinate sales activities and support the team in achieving sales closing targets.
* Prepare and present sales reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
### Customer Relationship Management
* Manage Customer Relationship Follow-ups (CRF), Customer Satisfaction Programs (CSP), and Customer Service Requests (CSR).
* Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and business associates.
### Lead Generation & Branding
* Coordinate lead generation programs through branding, public relations, digital marketing, and enquiry generation activities.
* Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to generate qualified leads.
* Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
### Project & Marketing Coordination
* Coordinate site branding activities, hoardings, and project marketing initiatives.
* Organize pre-project and post-project photoshoots in coordination with project teams.
* Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, standard estimates, and client documentation.
### Business Development
* Identify and develop new business avenues and partnership opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with associate channel partners, consultants, and referral networks.
* Support management in expanding market reach and business growth initiatives.
## Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer relations, business development, or project coordination.
* Experience in the Construction, Interior Design, Real Estate, or related industry is preferred.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
## Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of CRM software and lead management systems.
* Experience in branding, marketing coordination, and customer engagement programs.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and departments effectively.
