Job Summary
ASH Academy & Ashcorp Technologies are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphics Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for graphic design, mentoring students, and creating engaging visual content for both the Academy and Technology divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative posters, banners, social media creatives, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Create promotional and branding content for both ASH Academy and Ashcorp Technologies.
- Mentor and guide students in graphic design concepts and industry-standard tools.
- Conduct practical training sessions, assignments, and project evaluations.
- Support digital marketing activities through creative design solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual communication across all platforms.
- Handle design-related tasks and requirements for both Academy and Technology operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Designing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Ability to create attractive and professional posters, advertisements, and social media creatives.
- Good communication and mentoring skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to contribute to both ASH Academy and Ashcorp Technologies projects as required.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or educational environments is preferred.
