Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainer to join our team in Panvel. The candidate will be responsible for training students in hospitality operations, customer service, communication, grooming, and professional workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on hospitality and customer service skills.
Train students in Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, and basic hospitality operations.
Develop students' communication and interpersonal skills.
Provide training on professional grooming, etiquette, and workplace behaviour.
Conduct practical demonstrations, role plays, and interactive activities.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessment activities.
Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for interviews and employment in the hospitality industry.
Guide students regarding career opportunities in the hospitality sector.
Maintain attendance, performance records, and training reports.
Keep training content updated according to current hospitality industry practices.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in the hospitality industry or hospitality training.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
Professional grooming and a positive personality.
Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
Basic computer knowledge.
