- Lead and motivate a team of executives to meet daily, weekly, and monthly loan targets.
- Oversee lead generation, customer eligibility checks, and complete documentation for overdraft products.
- Coordinate smoothly with internal credit/operations teams and external lenders for quick disbursements.
