Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR to manage recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
- Manage attendance, leave records, and documentation
- Support payroll coordination
- Address employee queries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information
