Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and promote the company's marketing services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English and Hindi will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude with convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the marketing industry.
