Role Overview
At Nish Hair Pvt. Ltd., the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, managing hiring documentation, and supporting onboarding activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process across Retail, front end and back end.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and drive the hiring process to closure.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
2. Hiring Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and stakeholders.
- Track open positions and provide regular hiring updates.
- Support workforce planning initiatives based on business requirement
3. Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records.
- Monitor hiring metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Ensure recruitment processes are followed consistently and professionally.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and market talent availability.
4. Onboarding & HR Documentation
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Manage joining formalities and ensure timely collection of required documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to facilitate a smooth employee transition into the organization.
- Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Employee Exit & HR Support
- Manage exit formalities including resignation documentation, clearance processes, and relieving documentation.
- Prepare experience letters, relieving letters, and other employee lifecycle documents.
- Provide administrative support for HR activities and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all employee documentation is maintained in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
