Key Responsibilities
1. Should be able to plan lines for optimum production.
2. Plan man power & machines for optimal performance.
3. Prepare skill matrix. Skill matrix is in place. He must just ensure it is followed strictly.
4. Must have experience in Woven only, preferably Mens Shirt.
5. Must have handled minimum of 100 machines.
Production Process
He must be proficient in sewing.
He must have the ability to design layout for higher productivity.
He must understand and follow SAM value to achieve targets.
must be a target chaser.
He must be worker friendly (i.e) must respect people whom he works with.
Must ensure daily delivery.
All P.O must be closed in a Time.
Weekly plan achievement.
monthly Target must be achieved no matter what.

Responsible, punctual & ability to work under pressure.
Must be able to juggle between priorities without supervision
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
