Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a premium shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and rentals both in-store and online.
Maintain customer records, rental schedules, and inventory.
Coordinate garment check-in, check-out, quality inspections, and returns.
Manage billing, POS transactions, and daily sales reports.
Ensure the store is clean, visually appealing, and organized at all times.
Coordinate with vendors when required.
Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and email inquiries professionally.
Maintain stock records and assist with inventory audits.
Support store events, launches.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in retail, fashion, luxury, hospitality, or customer service.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory. Candidates should be confident
communicating with clientele.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel..
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Interest in fashion clothing brands.
Experience with fashion retail businesses.
Knowledge of inventory management.
