Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive to manage and coordinate production planning, order tracking, and timely execution of jewellery orders. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Export and Fashion Jewellery manufacturing.
Note: Experience only in Polki or Diamond Jewellery will not be considered for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain production plans as per order requirements and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with different production departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order completion.
- Track the complete production status of running orders from order release to final completion.
- Monitor daily production targets, pending orders, delays, and bottlenecks.
- Prepare and update production reports, MIS, WIP reports, and order status trackers.
- Follow up with department heads, supervisors, and production teams for timely completion of activities.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising/CRM, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.
- Identify production delays and support the team in planning corrective actions.
- Ensure proper data accuracy and timely updating of production-related records.
- Support capacity planning and prioritize orders based on delivery schedules.
- Escalate critical delays or production issues to the concerned management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in PPC within Jewellery Manufacturing.
- Mandatory experience in Export and Fashion Jewellery.
- Good understanding of jewellery production processes and workflow.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
