Must Have:
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 8–12 Years in NPD Sr Engineering in the manufacturing industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CNC programs for Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC).
- Modify and optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and quality.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Apply proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on HMC.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software effectively.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ensure excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Possess knowledge about fixture and tooling.
- Apply proven experience in cycle time calculation for CNC machines.
