Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive membership sales, generate leads, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing members. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new membership leads through walk-ins, referrals, calls, social media, and promotional activities.
- Convert inquiries into memberships by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable membership plans.
- Conduct gym tours and explain facilities, services, and membership benefits to prospective members.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective members to maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, memberships, and customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Renew existing memberships and promote upgrades, personal training, and other fitness services.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations and fitness teams to ensure a seamless member onboarding experience.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and outdoor promotional activities to generate leads.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
