- Patient Registration & Check-in – Greet patients, verify personal information, and complete registration procedures.
- Appointment Management – Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while maintaining clinic calendars.
- Patient Communication – Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about clinic services.
- Medical Records Handling – Maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Billing & Insurance Support – Assist patients with billing inquiries, insurance verification, and payment processing.
- Coordination with Clinical Staff – Facilitate communication between patients, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Patient Experience & Support – Address patient concerns, resolve service issues, and help create a positive and professional clinic experience.
