About the Role
We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to conduct 2-hour evening after-school classes for students of Classes 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th. The objective is to strengthen concepts, clear doubts, and improve the academic performance of students who need additional support.
This role is ideal for experienced teachers, fresh graduates with strong subject knowledge, or NEET/JEE aspirants who enjoy teaching.

Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 2-hour classroom sessions in the evening.
- Identify learning gaps and help students build strong fundamentals.
- Simplify difficult concepts using practical examples.
- Conduct regular practice sessions and doubt-solving.
- Track student progress and provide feedback to parents/management.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Passion for mentoring and improving student outcomes.
- Positive attitude and commitment to regular classes.
- Basic knowledge of CBSE/State Board curriculum.
Working Hours
- Evening Shift
- Approximately 2 Hours per Day
- Monday to Saturday
