Role Overview:
We are seeking a person who can oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in production planning, shop floor coordination, manpower handling, and maintaining quality and productivity standards. The role requires close monitoring of production processes, ensuring timely completion of targets, adherence to safety protocols, and coordination with internal teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations and achievement of production targets.
- Coordinate with production teams, operators, and other departments to maintain workflow efficiency and timely execution of manufacturing plans.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to optimize productivity and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, output tracking, and documentation related to manufacturing activities.
- Monitor product quality standards and coordinate with the quality team to address production issues and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, operational guidelines, and company policies within the production area.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives for enhancing efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in production operations within a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging, industrial products, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience in production planning, shop floor management, manpower handling, and monitoring daily production activities.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machine utilization, productivity tracking, and quality standards.
- Experience in maintaining production reports, operational records, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, process improvement practices, and operational efficiency management.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills with the ability to handle production challenges effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
