As our Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist, you will wear two very exciting hats. You will be the mastermind behind our digital acquisition campaigns and the curator of our online shopping experience. Your main goal? Drive high-quality traffic and convert those clicks into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Management: Own the day-to-day operations of our Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho storefront. Optimize product listings, manage inventory updates, and improve the user journey to maximize conversion rates.
- Paid Media Strategy: Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Facebook/Instagram, with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce platforms for a B2B or B2C brand.
- Analytical Mindset: You don't just look at data; you understand the story it's telling and pivot your strategy accordingly.
- Creative Instincts: Strong copywriting skills and an eye for what makes a digital ad "scroll-stopping."
- Content Creation & Reels: Concept, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that showcases our products, highlights benefits, and hops on trending audio/formats.
- Product Photography & Shoots: Plan and execute regular product photo shoots—both clean, high-quality e-commerce imagery for website listings and lifestyle photography for marketing campaigns.
