Position Overview
C3 Physio & Yoga Services is looking for a passionate, certified, and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our growing wellness team at both our Lucknow branches. The ideal candidate should be committed to helping clients improve strength, flexibility, posture, mobility, and overall well-being through professional Pilates training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions for clients of varying fitness levels.
- Design personalized workout plans based on client goals and physical conditions.
- Ensure proper posture, alignment, and safe exercise techniques during sessions.
- Motivate and guide clients toward achieving their fitness and rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and wellness professionals when required.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and positive studio environment.
- Track client progress and provide regular feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in Pilates training and client handling preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of anatomy, posture correction, rehabilitation, and fitness principles is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct both mat and equipment-based Pilates sessions preferred.
