Job Description:
We are looking for a Draftsman with experience in residential projects to join our team. The candidate should be able to prepare architectural drawings and coordinate with the site team when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in drafting for residential building projects
- Qualification: D.Arch / Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to prepare working drawings and construction details
- Adequate site experience and understanding of construction
- Candidates from Kochi preferred
Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
