We're Hiring – HSE Officer (Wind O&M)
Location: Jaisalmer Rajsthan
Join our growing team and contribute to maintaining world-class Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards in Wind Operations & Maintenance projects. We are looking for dedicated safety professionals with experience in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and statutory compliance at wind project sites.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Carry out Risk Assessment (JSA/JHA), Toolbox Talks (TBT), and Safety Induction programs.
- Monitor work-at-height activities and ensure compliance with GWO and HSE standards.
- Inspect PPE, lifting tools, rescue equipment, and emergency preparedness arrangements.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with client safety requirements and legal regulations.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and rescue activities.
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, permits, and inspection records.
- Promote a proactive safety culture among employees and contractors.
Eligibility CriteriaQualification
Certifications
- NEBOSH / DIS / ADIS / PDIS
- GWO (Mandatory)
Experience
- 3–5 Years
- Experience in Wind Energy, Renewable Energy, Transmission Line, or Power Projects preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of HSE standards and statutory compliance
- Work at Height Safety
