Sales Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will support the sales process, maintain customer relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations and client follow-ups.
- Handle inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations, maintain records of sales transactions, and track orders.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery of products.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Support in preparing sales reports and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Business/Commerce/Engineering).
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Tamil preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
