Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
- Prepare accurate job cards and explain repair requirements.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely vehicle repairs.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
- Recommend periodic maintenance, value-added services, Extended Warranty (EW), RSA, and accessories where applicable.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Deliver vehicles after explaining the work carried out and the invoice.
- Maintain documentation and achieve workshop productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Honda or other automobile dealership preferred).
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and dealership software experience.
- Valid driving licence preferred.

Position: Body Shop Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approval.
- Explain repair process, timelines, and estimated costs to customers.
- Open job cards and monitor repair progress until vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with Body Shop, Paint Shop, and Parts Department for smooth operations.
- Follow up for insurance approvals and parts availability.
- Ensure quality inspection before vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve body shop sales, insurance, and productivity targets.
- Maintain complete documentation related to insurance claims and repairs.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in a Body Shop/Insurance Claims role at an automobile dealership.
- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and accident repairs.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
