Trishveda Naturals Pvt. Ltd., (the Personal Care & Natural Products division of Nano Tech Chemical Brothers Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a passionate and research-oriented R&D Executive to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on laboratory experience in organic synthesis, natural product extraction, and analytical techniques, with exposure to pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, cosmetic ingredient, or natural product R&D.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments for product and process development.
- Perform organic synthesis, natural product extraction, and purification.
- Operate and interpret analytical techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, and TLC.
- Support process optimization, troubleshooting, and scientific documentation.
- Review scientific literature and collaborate with the R&D team on new product development.
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc. Chemistry (Preferably Organic Chemistry) or M.Pharm. (Medicinal Chemistry).
- 1–2 years of relevant R&D experience in Pharmaceutical, Specialty Chemicals, Cosmetic Ingredients, or Natural Products.
- Hands-on laboratory experience in product or process development.
