About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Backend Python Developer to join our founding engineering team.
You'll build scalable backend services, design APIs, develop AI-powered capabilities, and help architect systems that will power the next generation .

What You'll Do
- Build scalable backend applications using Python.
- Design and develop production-grade REST APIs.
- Build and deploy AI/ML-powered backend features.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Collaborate directly with founders on product and technical decisions.
- Help define backend architecture and engineering best practices.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of Backend Python development experience.
- Strong experience building production-ready backend systems.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on AI/ML feature development.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
- Excellent knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Strong SQL and/or NoSQL database experience.
- Experience working in B2C product companies or startups.
- Experience integrating third-party services and APIs.
Preferred Experience
- Agentic AI or LLM-based application development.
- FinTech domain experience.
- Experience in high-growth startups.
- Comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Work From Office (HSR Layout, Bengaluru).
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Open to relocating to Bengaluru (if based elsewhere).
- Stable career history preferred.
- Candidates currently employed at Stable Money are not eligible for this role.
