Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our luxury retail team. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance to customers and recommend suitable products
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
- Handle billing, transactions, and basic stock coordination
- Stay updated on product knowledge, collections, and ongoing promotions
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales (freshers can also apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a presentable appearance
- Passion for luxury retail and customer service
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
