JD – Pipe Stress Engineer

Should have 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Piping Stress Analysis (Static and Dynamic) with Detailed Design in Pipe Engineering from Accessory systems of Power Plant projects

Should have excellent experience in pipe stress Analysis Tools like AutoPIPE / CAESAR II and also Reviewing 3D Tools like NAVISWORKS, NX-UG

Should be able to develop and present Stress analysis report.

Should have Experience in ASME CODE & STANDARDS

Should have good experience in Selection of Supports in Analysis

Should have extensive experience in understanding of Schematics (P&ID) and in Device summary settings for Gas Turbine Accessories Systems. (e.g. Air systems - Inlet Bleed Heating, Cooling & Sealing Air, Fuel Systems (Liquid + Gas), Oil Systems and Water Systems

Should have very good experience in Piping, Tubing and all associated fittings, Valves and also Plant layout drawings (GA, Plot Plan)

Should have very good experience in understanding of Supplier/Vendor (Client) Drawings.

Should have demonstrated ownership & decision-making of the design, considering cost, feasibility in manufacturing and fabrication.

Should have served as primary interface with customers and have demonstrated the implementation of design requirements, design changes, analysis, and verification of the each task.

Planning the tasks, executing and delivering on time, with cost effective and quality.

Should have excellent Coordination skills with Cross-Functional Teams such as Customers (Tech Leads, Chief Engineers), Suppliers, Civil, Electrical Team etc.

Engineers should have confidence with autonomy to deliver as work package is critical.
