JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES COORDINATOR
- Act as a go-getter with a strong understanding of the sales process, especially in Government organizations.
- Prepare and submit quotations/proposals in coordination with the Costing and Design & Drawing (D&D) teams.
- Compile and maintain MIS reports using both internal and external data.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship management.
- Operate and update SAP for order processing, sales tracking, and documentation.
- Handle online and offline tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage documentation related to EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee), and LC (Letter of Credit).
- Ensure smooth coordination for order processing and internal approvals until final dispatch.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (especially in English)
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone presence and listening skills.
- Convincing & Negotiation skills.
- Confident in MS Office Excel.
- Familiar with units of measurements and commercial calculation.
Experience required: 2+ Years
Qualification: B.E (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunications)
