Role: Accounts Executive
Experience: 1 – 2 years

Position Summary
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting sales and customer coordination, and handling compliance-related reporting. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure timely invoicing, collections, and backend reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance
- Handle MSME warning monitoring and reporting as per statutory requirements.
- Perform Tally stock checking and identify/correct entry errors.
- Maintain and regularly update the asset register; ensure periodic asset confirmation.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records in compliance with company policies.
Sales & Order Management
- Share sales data for warranty checks and related validations.
- Track and update order status for customers.
- Match sales invoices with corresponding purchase orders (POs).
- Review and process negative order approvals as per internal guidelines.
Customer & Internal Coordination
- Manage email communication with customers and internal teams for clarifications.
- Follow up with the sales team and customers for pending payments.
- Handle customer payment tracking and confirmations.
Collections & Reporting
- Monitor weekly collections and overdue payments.
- Prepare and share periodic reports on collections, outstanding amounts, and follow-ups.
Backend & Vendor Support
- Prepare quarterly backend details for Lenovo, AMD, and HP.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate backend submissions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in sales accounting preferred).
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Understanding of invoicing, PO matching, and payment follow-ups.
- Good communication skills for customer and internal coordination.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in handling backend claims with OEMs.
- Familiarity with MSME compliance and reporting.
- Proactive approach to follow-ups and issue resolution.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
