Job Title: Civil Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Civil Supervisor to oversee construction activities, ensure work is completed on time, and maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications
- Manage and guide labor and subcontractors
- Monitor material usage and site resources
- Maintain quality standards and report any issues
- Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management
- Prepare daily progress reports
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in construction/site supervision
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle site work and problem-solving
Salary: 20000 to 25000
