Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers at the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, and ownership benefits
- Arrange and conduct test drives
- Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
- Coordinate finance, insurance, and exchange cases
- Maintain customer satisfaction and sales records
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 - 3 year experience in automobile or EV sales
- 2-Wheeler EV sales experience candidates are also eligible
- Ready to work in the 4-Wheeler car segment
- Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Professional attitude and teamwork skills
Salary & Benefits:
