Job Summary:
The Planning Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day production planning activities, including data management in SAP, tracking internal job movements, updating machine-wise production reports, and coordinating resource allocation and task assignments using Excel. The role ensures effective execution of production plans and supports efficient workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP Data Entry:
o Enter and update production data, job orders, and material details in SAP.
o Maintain accurate records of work-in-progress (WIP) and production schedules.
o Generate production-related reports from SAP as required.
2. Internal Job Movement Follow-Up:
o Track movement of jobs between various departments and production stages.
o Coordinate with concerned teams to resolve bottlenecks or delays.
o Ensure smooth and timely transfer of materials and tasks within the plant.
3. Update Machine-Wise Production Reports:
o Collect daily production output data from each machine.
o Prepare, maintain, and analyze machine-wise performance reports.
o Highlight production deviations and coordinate corrective actions with line supervisors.
4. Resource Update & Task Assignment:
o Monitor available manpower and machine resources.
o Assign tasks to operators or teams based on availability and production priorities.
o Maintain resource planning and tracking sheets using basic Excel tools (e.g., filters, formulas, pivot tables).
Qualifications:
· Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
· 5 years of experience in a planning or production coordination role.
· Hands-on experience with SAP or any ERP system is essential.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas, pivot tables).

Pay: ₹8,699.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
