As an Operations Engineer, your day typically involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. You will be engaged in monitoring system performance, addressing incidents promptly, and coordinating with various teams to maintain service reliability. Your role is pivotal in managing the delivery aspects of operational services, ensuring that all processes align with organizational standards and client expectations. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and facilitating continuous improvement in system operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
- Document operational procedures and maintain accurate records to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with identity and access management within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based directory services.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud operations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
